As a theatrical producer, Gwyn marries her leadership and business skills (including team building, project management, contract negotiation and web expertise) with her passion for the performing arts, backed by nearly a half- century of accumulated cultural capital. Gwyn is on the advisory board for The Amoralists, a new theatre group whose recent productions have been critically and popularly acclaimed. She consults with executives in business and the arts on organizational structure and process. Gwyn has a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and certification in Organization Coaching from New York University. As the mother of a 15 year old, she is very tuned into the complexities of the lives of Wanda and her fellow Cheese Valley tweens.

is the original Off-Broadway producer of "Wanda's World", presenting its award-winning run after it appeared in a developmental reading in the Amas Six O'Clock Musical Theatre Lab Series. Helmed by Producing Artistic Director Donna Trinkoff and Managing Director Jan Hacha, Amas ("you love" in Latin) is New York City's award-winning pioneer in multiculturalism in the performing arts since 1969. Founded by actress/producer Rosetta LeNoire ("Bubbling Brown Sugar"), Amas is devoted to the creation, development and professional production of new American musicals through the celebration of diversity and minority perspectives, the emergence of new artistic talent, and the training and encouragement of under-served young people in the New York area. Amas is partnering with Producer Osnos on the development of Empathy Education Through Theatre (E2T2), an education and outreach program comprised of a new and scalable network of funders, educators, schools, and youth service providers.
